Description
A blend of cinnamon, allspice, clove, cardamom, black pepper and star anise in a metal diffusing ball. Add the ball containing the spices to a large pan of red wine, cider or apple juice together with a few slices of orange and fresh ginger root. Heat gently and then simmer for 20-30mins before serving. Drink and enjoy the delicious festive flavours of the season.
